These Universities host world-renowned, leading research laboratories in the field of energy-related materials. All classes are taught in English and language classes in Spanish, French and Polish are part of the offer of the program. Rotations are organized per semester according to the following scheme : after a first term in France (either in Marseille or Toulouse) students will rotate in Warsaw and then have the choice to spend the third term in Cordoba or Amiens . The last term is devoted to the preparation of the master's thesis either in an academic or industrial research laboratory. The MESC program enrolls between 20 and 30 students per year with various funding supports. MESC is supported by the European community; Academic partners outside Europe are Xiamen University in China and Drexel University in the US.  Students from all over the world can apply for MESC; selection, essentially based on acedemic excellence, is however highly competitive (on average 1 out of 20 applicants is retained).
