Master Immunologie, Parcours : Immunologie

L’objectif est de proposer une formation spécialisée en immunologie, lisible et différenciée. Le but est de préparer des acteurs de l’immunologie fondamentale et appliquée de demain pour tenter de mieux comprendre, prédire et manipuler le système immunitaire. La démonstration de l’efficacité thérapeutique des immunomodulateurs dans les maladies inflammatoires et dans les cancers ouvre des débouchés immenses en recherche fondamentale et appliquée pour les 20 ans à venir. Aujourd’hui la nécessité de connaissances en immunologie devient une évidence pour comprendre la physiopathologie de nombreuses maladies inflammatoires, métaboliques, dégénératives, cancers.

  • FUNDAMENTAL PREREQUISITES

    The master is aimed at students who have obtained a Bachelor's degree in France or its equivalent abroad and who have acquired a solid knowledge of Cellular and Molecular Biology and Biochemistry, and who have validated a teaching module on the basics of immunology.

    The master is aimed at doctors/pharmacists who wish to specialise in immuno-intervention.

    The master is also aimed at students who have acquired a solid knowledge of immuno-intervention.

    The master is aimed at doctors/pharmacists who wish to specialise in immuno-intervention.

    It welcomes physicians/pharmacists wishing to specialise in immuno-intervention.

    The field offers only one pathway aiming to bring future scientific research professionals (research) to the doctorate, and to prepare young graduates in immunotechnology operating for public laboratories or diagnostic and pharmaceutical companies (engineers).

  • PROFESSIONAL SKILLS TO BE ACQUIRED

    • Analyze, understand and manipulate the immune system using knowledge of molecular and cellular biology, biochemistry and pathophysiology.
    • Produce a reasoned and quantitative scientific approach to answer a scientific question
    • Propose a reasoned and quantitative experimental scientific procedure to answer a scientific question relating to the study or manipulation of a component of the immune system.
    • Produce written reports and present them orally in accordance with the expected method and format, have a good command of reading and understanding of scientific English.
    • &Develop a project based on a problem or question related to immunology, arguing its relevance and feasibility, and propose an innovative result.
    • Propose an intuitive or analytical exploratory methodology of an immunological state or phase observed on a living system by relying on disciplinary knowledge and diagnostic tools, in a research, remediation or production process.
  • OFFSITE TEACHING
