The UFR renews its council and departmental councils on October 18 and 19, 2021.

These councils are made up of elected or appointed members, who represent the students and the different categories of staff (teachers, teacher-researchers, technicians, administrative staff, etc.).

These councils are places for exchanging information, reflecting and making decisions on the functioning of the UFR Sciences and the training departments.

Example of topics discussed in the council: the organization of teaching, the methods of control of knowledge and skills, the university calendar, the budget, the recruitment of personnel...

It is therefore important that students and staff can participate in the debates and votes of these councils through their elected representatives.

The election campaign will start on Friday 17 September 2021.

    • 1 - Conditions to be met

The candidatures are presented by college (A, B, IATSS) and by ballot (UFR council, specificity department council).

The lists of candidates must include a maximum number of candidates equal to the number of seats to be filled.

They are composed alternately of one candidate of each sex.

The lists may be incomplete provided that, for the election of the student representatives, they present a number of candidates at least equal to half of the number of seats of full and alternate members to be filled.

The lists submitted by colleges A and B of the Computer Science and Interactions department are also concerned by the same reservation.

The Computer Science and Interactions department has a specific college for ATER and CD-CME (contractual doctoral student in charge of a teaching mission)

The candidates must be on the electoral list of the concerned poll (whatever the polling station).

Example : a student whose training is only attached to the biology department will be a voter and a potential candidate in this department.

Students who are not automatically attached to a department (e.g. AMNS student, L1 portal, M1 in nanosciences and nanotechnologies) can be candidates, provided that they define at the time of the deposit of the list in which department/multidisciplinary service they will be voters and candidates.
