FUNDAMENTAL PREREQUISITES
Entry to the L3-EEA course of the SPI Licence requires a level of "scientific baccalaureate +2" oriented towards engineering sciences (DUT electrical engineering and industrial computing, BTS electrical engineering or automation...).
FUNDAMENTAL PREREQUISITES
2 years of higher education in engineering sciences with a focus on automation, electrical engineering and/or industrial computing.
LEARNING SITES
- SCIENCES, Aix-en-Provence
- SCIENCES, Marseille St-Jérôme
LEARNING AND RESEARCH
Discovery of the activities of research laboratories through seminars with teacher-researchers and tutored projects (bibliographical research and/or optional laboratory work). Possibility of doing an optional L3 internship in a research laboratory.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS TO BE ACQUIRED
Analyse and understand the solutions combining the principles of automation and electrical engineering used in the design of multi-technology systems, particularly in the fields of electronics, automation and electrical engineering
Develop a systematic and rigorous scientific approach enabling the implementation of an appropriate solution in response to a problem linked to a multi-technology system
Present or write, in a structured, synthetic, clear and rigorous manner, a critical argument based on a scientific document or technical documentation, in French or English at the intermediate level
Develop and implement an individual or group project related to engineering sciences, using project management methodologies that encourage the restitution and sharing of the results producedINTERNSHIPS AND SUPERVISED PROJECTS
Students are encouraged to undertake a four to six week placement from the end of May (at the end of S6), which may take place in a company or academic laboratory. Team projects are also assessed for one module in S5 and one module in S6, each worth three credits.
SPECIFIC TEACHING CONDITIONS
The pedagogy of the EEA degree is based on a balance between lectures, tutorials and practical work. There is a strong component of practical work, supported by several work rooms with state-of-the-art equipment.
