L1 in 2 years - Active pedagogy

The L1en2ans teachers are committed to an active teaching approach, some of whose principles are detailed below. The small size of the L1en2ans classes and the organisation of the semesters over the two years allow for optimised student follow-up. 80% of the teaching in the two years of the L1en2ans is active pedagogy, the remaining 20% corresponds to shared UEs with the portals (in general, optional UEs located in semester 4)

Flipped classroom

The flipped classroom is a pedagogical approach that reverses the nature of learning activities in the classroom and at home, thus changing traditional learning roles.

Project-based and problem-based learning

The objective of this type of teaching is also to make the students active in their learning. The aim is to get them to carry out a concrete project by solving a certain number of problems. Skills and knowledge are acquired according to the needs of the overall project.

Digital activities

The digital activities that accompany the courses are organized on the AMU educational platform, AMeTICE (Aix-Marseille enseignement avec les TICE), to which students have access once they are registered at AMU.
