Arrival - Departure transfer

You are a student from another university and you are going to continue your studies at the University of Aix Marseille, in the Faculty of Science.

You must ask the appropriate department at your home university to transfer your file according to the procedure it will indicate to you.

This must be done as soon as the Université d'Aix-Marseille (Faculté des Sciences) has confirmed that you are authorized to register.

To join the faculty at the beginning of the year, you must apply first on the E-candidat platform and obtain a favorable opinion before sending us your Transfer file.

Please note: receipt of the transfer file is a prerequisite for your administrative registration.

You're going to study at another institution, and they're asking you to transfer your university file so they can register you.

Here's what you need to do:

• Download the transfer request form
• Complete and sign this document.
• Have the university library complete the certificate of discharge.
• Submit or return the transfer request form to the Faculty of Science's Registrar's Office where you last registered.

Please note: only apply for a transfer if the host university has confirmed that you are authorized to register.
