Depending on your situation and before proceeding with registration, you must familiarize yourself with the various admission programs available for distance learning.

It is essential that you use the one that applies to you; otherwise, your application may be deemed ineligible.

International students without residency status in France: You do not need to go through the “Etudes en France” program (formerly Campus France). A short-stay visa (tourist visa, etc.) is sufficient to travel to Marseille to take the practical assignments and exams.

Important: Be sure to select the correct program; EaDS programs include “EaDS (Enseignement à distance Sciences)” in their titles.

The Academic Committee meets according to the schedule available on this page. You will be notified of your admission or rejection via email only.

If you are admitted, you must confirm your application or withdraw it via E-candidat. It is imperative that you confirm or withdraw immediately upon receiving the decision. If you do not take any action, you will automatically be considered to have withdrawn and will lose the benefits of your application. 

If you confirm your application, you will then receive an email containing a link to finalize your administrative registration and your academic registration, which is required to be authorized to attend classes and take exams.

All enrollment procedures are completed online—you do not need to make an appointment or visit the campus.

Administrative and academic registration will begin in late June/early July, with a break in service during the summer break.

The deadline for administrative registration varies depending on the level of study:

• Third-year undergraduate students: Administrative registration must be completed no later than Sunday, September 13, 2026;
• First- and second-year undergraduate students, first- and second-year master’s students: Administrative registration must be completed no later than Sunday, October 11, 2026.

The deadline for academic registration also varies depending on the level of study:

• Third-year undergraduates: Academic registration must be completed no later than Sunday, September 13, 2026,
• Bachelor’s years 1 and 2, Master’s years 1 and 2: Academic registration must be completed no later than Sunday, October 11, 2026.

Please note: In order to complete your course registration, you must have finalized your administrative registration and paid your tuition fees.

For students receiving scholarships, however, there may be a delay between the scholarship application and confirmation of award by the CROUS. This delay may result in a delay in completing academic registration. The situation of affected students is taken into account during the processing of registrations, provided that the necessary steps have been completed on time and that the student is indeed awaiting confirmation of their scholarship status from the CROUS.
