Students from a CPGE - Conditions of access to the licenses of the Faculty of Science
Students from the Classes Préparatoires aux Grandes Ecoles (CPGE) have access to the university under the conditions indicated below, which are set out in the framework agreement between the Rectorat, the University and the high schools of the Académie.In order to benefit from the measures described below, you must register administrativelyat the University, at the same time as your registration in the CPGE class, at the beginning of the school year, according to the procedures communicated to your high school by the University.
The faculty's pedagogical committee will study your file and, depending on the date of your arrival at the university and your results in the CPGE, will decide on the number of credits granted. There are two possible ways of obtaining the L1 or L2: validation or exemption.
La commission pédagogique de la faculté étudiera votre dossier et suivant votre date d'arrivée à l'université et vos résultats obtenus en CPGE, elle statuera sur le nombre de crédits accordés. L'obtention de la L1 ou L2 s'effectuera selon 2 processus possibles : la validation ou la dispense.

Validation - Reorientation during the academic year 2020-2021
Validation is applicable to reorientations during the year (during the first semester for example). This is a personal decision on your part: at any time during your CPGE studies, you can continue your studies at the Faculty of Science and take the exams.
You must go to the schooling service of the site where you wish to follow the licence courses to modify your administrative registration and to proceed with your pedagogical registration. It is at this time, according to your course in CPGE, that the head of the year will define the teaching units on which you will be evaluated and possibly those which would be directly validated without knowledge control.
Please note that, in order to take part in an examination session, the pedagogical registration must be made onemonth before the beginning of the session.

Exemption - Admission at the end of the CPGE year at the beginning of the 2020-2021 academic year
This exemption is granted by the Pedagogical Commission of the Science Department, for students who are enrolled twice at AMU. It allows you, provided that the class council has validated your preparatory class course, to access university studies at various bachelor levels.
Conditions :
- Access to L2
Students who have completed the 1st year of CPGE obtain an exemption to access the 2nd year of a scientific degree, provided they meet the following conditions
- to hold 60 ECTS credits obtained with at least the mention D, including in the dominant subjects required for further studies
- have a favourable opinion from the home institution
- a favourable opinion from the pedagogical committee of the UFR Sciences
- Access to L3
A 2nd year student obtains a dispensation to access the L3 of the scientific licence, subject to the following conditions
- to hold 120 ECTS credits obtained with at least the mention D, including in the dominant subjects required for further studies
- to have obtained the favorable opinion of the establishment of origin
- a favourable opinion from the pedagogical commission of the UFR Sciences
A student who has repeated a 2nd year of CPGE may apply for a modified course to the pedagogical committee of the UFR concerned for the degree in question.
Applications for students with dual enrolment at AMU will be sent to the high schools in May. They must be completed by CPGE students wishing to enter the university. They will be returned to the UFR Sciences by the high school with the opinion of the class council.
The opinion of the pedagogical committee will be given to you by mail. As soon as you receive this advice, you must proceed with your administrative registration.

Procédure de dispense (réorientation en fin d'année universitaire)
La campagne de réorientation des élèves CPGE, inscrits en parallèle à la faculté des Sciences de l’université d’Aix Marseille au titre de l’année universitaire 2021/2022, ouvre le 15 mai 2022.
Ce dispositif concerne les élèves de CPGE qui souhaitent se réorienter pour poursuivre leurs études à la faculté des Sciences.
Il s’agit d’une demande de dispense et non d’attribution de crédits universitaires.
Une procédure dématérialisée a été mise en place pour le traitement des demandes de dispense.
Vous êtes en double inscription et vous voulez déposer une demande de dispense auprès de la faculté des Sciences :
- Se connecter à l’application E-candidat https://ecgest.univ-amu.fr/connect#!accueilView
- Créer un compte sur cette plateforme
- Lorsque le compte est activé et le profil renseigné, depuis la rubrique candidature, choisir « nouvelle candidature », puis dans la rubrique « offre de formation, faculté des sciences », accéder à « Passerelle réservée aux étudiants CPGE en double inscription »
- Déposer les pièces demandées directement sur la plateforme et télécharger la demande de dispense depuis cet espace
- Compléter, faire apposer un avis et faire signer la demande de dispense par le conseil de classe ou commission d’établissement.
- Récupérer et déposer la demande de dispense signée sur E-candidat avec les autres pièces justificatives.
- Une fois le dossier complet : cliquer sur « transmettre ma candidature »
La plateforme ouvrira à partir du 15 mai 2023 et jusqu’au 16 juin 2023 inclus. Attention, cet outil ne permettra aucun retard.
La commission pédagogique de la faculté des sciences procédera à un examen individuel de votre candidature. Le résultat de cet examen vous sera notifié par mail via E-candidat à partir du 10 juillet 2023. Dès réception de cet avis vous devez procéder à votre inscription administrative.
