AIMS
The Systems Management and Operational Excellence (SMEOP) track of the QHSE Master's program offers a transversal, multidisciplinary, and managerial approach to train the QHSE leaders of tomorrow. This approach enables it to welcome students from all bachelor's-level fields into a two-year apprenticeship program.
As a key player in the strategic management of organizations, the graduate of the QHSE Master's program, "Operational Excellence" track, must have developed an understanding of the diversity of management systems and an ability for abstraction and generalization. These skills will allow them to operate within this broader scope, building upon the essential foundation of QHSE knowledge. They will foster an innovative vision grounded in ethics, maintaining a focus on operational excellence and results. Through a systemic approach, they will integrate innovation and propose a framework for sustainable development and the deployment of a policy rooted in risks, practices, and context. Their expertise includes supporting management systems (a comprehensive and strategic vision of organizations, designing performance measurement tools, leveraging results, and operationally driving initiatives).
The graduate of the QHSE Master's program must acquire a deep understanding of diverse management systems and the ability to abstract and generalize, enabling them to work within a broader and richer scope of opportunities. This skill set builds upon the essential QHSE knowledge base required today to ensure that QHSE efforts lead to differentiation and operational excellence.
The design, implementation, and certification activities of the "Operational Excellence" track are ISO 9001:2015 certified. Our quality objectives (employability, partnerships with the economic ecosystem, etc.) are achieved, ensuring the long-term employability of our graduates.
