As part of your course of study, you may be required to take part in an internship, either as part of your course or on the advice of your teaching staff. In any case, you can't go on an internship until you've signed an agreement. To this end, the university has set up a new online services platform called Amustage, which is now accessible via the ENT for UFR Sciences students. As of September 02, 2024, the Ipro application previously in use will be decommissioned.
You will need to log in with the ENT IDs you were given when you registered.
This new Amustage application will enable you to :
- consult internship and job offers ;
- request internship authorization from the person in charge of internships in your program;
- enter the details of the internship agreement after authorization, in liaison with your agreement manager responsible for administrative validation.
To submit your internship authorization request via this application, you must first identify the person in charge of your program's internships, by consulting the table below. You can then select his or her name in Amustage.
A tutorial is available below, which we invite you to consult.
Attention
Along with the internship agreement, you must :
- provide a civil liability certificate stating that you are covered for extracurricular activities or internships;
- provide a valid social security registration certificate;
- complete the documents attached to the agreement, which will be essential at the end of your internship.
The Amustage application is intended for students enrolled in initial training only.
Continuing education trainees should contact the CE advisor in their local school department to obtain authorization for their internship and to draw up an internship agreement.
Internship abroad
In the event of an internship abroad, for your own safety, you must :
- read the safety information provided in the "Internship abroad" appendix - a copy of this signed document should be given to the agreement manager.
- submit your internship application to the university's Defense Security Officer via the school's Registrar's Office.
- check the travel advice on the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs website.
In some cases, for security reasons, you may be refused an internship abroad.
Marking out the academic year
Principle of the demarcation of the academic year at 13 months (01/09/N to 30/09/N+1) approved by the Board of Directors on March 28, 2017, renewed by tacit agreement since the 2017/2018 academic year.
As an exception to this principle, the academic year will be delimited by a period of 16 months (01/09/N to 31/12/ N+1) for students enrolled in the final year of their final degree (2nd year of a Master's degree/Professional License) whose work cannot be assessed before 30/09 (long internships, research theses, etc.).
This postponement does not imply that all students in the same year are affected.
The jury may therefore be called upon to meet several times for the same session, provided it is made up of the same members.
