If you are a scholarship holder, you do not have to pay the CVEC. To request a refund, we invite you to visit the CVEC website.

What methods of payment are accepted for national registration fees?
Two methods of payment are accepted for national registration fees:
- Cheque made out to the AMU Accounting Officer
- Credit card (via the web or at the school)
No cash payments are accepted!

Do I belong to the initial or continuing education system?
In France, the initial training and the continuous training are the two types of regime to follow a university training. The courses are exactly the same whether you are in initial or continuing education.
Initial training is for :
- Bachelor's degree holders
- current students in higher education
- students on an apprenticeship contract
Continuing education is intended for people who are already working or have professional experience. More precisely :
- job seekers
- students returning to school
- students on a professionalization contract

How to connect to the Aix*Marseille University WIFI network?
Connect to the Aix*Marseille University WIFI network. Once connected, open your browser. When you first try to connect to a website, you will be redirected to a captive authentication portal. Your identifiers are the same as those used to connect to your ENT.
If you do not have your ENT identifiers yet, you must proceed to your administrative registration

I have lost my ENT login/password, how can I get them back?
Your ENT login is indicated on your school certificate.
- Initial account (not activated), contact your school administrator
- Account already activated, go to Sésame.

Your AMU mailbox
Your login is composed of the first letter of your name, followed by your student number.
Your initial password is your national number (INE) in lower case letters.
You can find this information on your school certificate.How do I redirect my institutional email to my personal email?
Log on to your "e-office" of your ENT then click on the "Messages" section
Once connected to your e-mail, click on the "More" item and select the "Preferences" section in the drop-down menu
Fill in the "automatic transfer" field with your personal e-mail address.

The International Relations Department (DRI) of Aix-Marseille University organises a welcome desk for international students at the beginning of each academic year. By going there, the international student who arrives in France can carry out or finalise his administrative procedures. In addition, a paper guide is published every year.
