Administrative registration is your first step at the university after being admitted by the Academic Committee.
It is mandatory, whether you are a prospective AMU student (high school graduate, transfer student from another university, etc.) or already enrolled at AMU (re-enrollment). It allows you to become a university student by paying tuition fees. It enables you to obtain your enrollment certificate and student ID card, which grant you access to all activities offered by the university. It also allows you to obtain your digital ID, which enables you to log in to the digital learning environment (ENT) and access more than 30 services, including: access to your grades, your class schedule, your exam calendar, the online internship platform, and the online course platform.
For your administrative registration, it is essential that you meet the deadlines to validate your enrollment.
-
Step 1: Student Life and Campus Fee
Find out what steps to take based on your situationThe CVEC applies to all students admitted by the Faculty of Sciences’ Academic Committee, whether in traditional degree programs or apprenticeship programs.
It must be paid directly to the CROUS. The CVEC fee is a flat rate, meaning it is the same for everyone. It amounts to 105 euros per year (2026–2027 rate).
The CVEC must be paid before you can proceed with online registration
Download your proof of payment or exemption from the CVEC fee from the CVEC platform; you will be asked to provide it for administrative registration.
You are not required to pay the CVEC if you are enrolling in continuing education, a professional training contract, or a supervised mobility program in France.

Step 2: Complete your registration or administrative re-registration according to the schedule

If you have exceeded the maximum number of courses allowed in your bachelor’s degree program (more than 5 courses) or are repeating a year, you will not be automatically offered the option to re-register through the ENT.
You must first request and obtain an exemption for an additional undergraduate course registration.

- If your request is approved, your re-enrollment via the ENT will be unlocked, or you may re-enroll directly with your academic advisor. This re-enrollment must be completed as soon as possible and no later than September 30, 2026.
- If your request is denied, you will not be able to re-enroll in the program in question. This decision will remain in effect for 3 years, and you will not be able to apply for re-enrollment in this program until that period has expired.
Please note: For on-campus bachelor’s degree programs, no requests for exemptions may be submitted after September 18, 2026 (for EADS bachelor’s degree programs, please consult the dedicated website for the procedure and timeline).
