In 2021, with the support of the Rhone-Mediterranean-Corsica Water Agency, AMU launched a prefiguration study to de-vegetate and de-silting the campuses, starting with two pilot campuses, Saint-Charles and Saint-Jérôme.
This approach involves all of the University's stakeholders: technical departments, property maintenance services, teachers-researchers and students.
On the eve of the first works, the mobilized teams will present during the morning of this symposium the exploratory, technical and pedagogical work carried out during the study period and with a view to constituting demonstration sites.
The afternoon will be devoted to putting into perspective the involvement of the territory's communities on the subject of desilting.
