Master Informatique, Parcours : Fiabilité et sécurité informatique (FSI)

La formation permet d’acquérir les principes et techniques liés à la conception, l’implémentation, l’exploitation de systèmes et applications informatiques sûrs dans un environnement ouvert et hétérogène. Les métiers visés sont ceux du large champ de la sécurité informatique (applications sécurisées, management de la sécurité, administration d’infrastructures, normes et qualité, audit de sécurité, R&D).

Pédagogie

  • AIMS

    The course enables students to acquire the principles and techniques relating to the design, implementation and operation of computer systems and applications operating in an open, hi-tech environment. The subjects covered are those in the broad field of IT security (secure applications, security management, infrastructure administration, standards and quality, security auditing, R&D)

    The course provides strong skills in the security and reliability of applications (web, mobile, embedded), organisational security, network security, hacking, cryptographic protocols and architectures, and formal methods. Emphasis is placed on teamwork, on concrete projects, benefiting from the input of the professionals involved in the course.

    The aim of this accreditation is to provide quality assurance to students and employers that training in the field of digital security complies with a charter and criteria defined by the European Commission. ANSSI in collaboration with the players and professionals in the field (higher education establishments, industry...).

  • LEARNING AND RESEARCH

    The course draws on the skills of the Laboratoire d'Informatique et Systèmes (LIS) and in particular the Modelling and Vérification team and the Distributed Algorithmics team.

  • PROFESSIONAL SKILLS TO BE ACQUIRED

    Knowing how to specify, redesign, have redesigned and operate modern critical systems (applications and infrastructures), focusing on reliability and safety from both a technical and organisational point of view.

  • INTERNSHIPS AND SUPERVISED PROJECTS

    In the first year, there is a choice between an internship or a tutored project on a theme of safety and reliability.

    In the second year, there is a 5-6 month work placement and a 2-month tutored project, supervised by professional lecturers, chosen from the themes

    For students wishing to pursue a thesis, it is possible to apply for a laboratory placement in place of the tutored project.

  • SPECIFIC TEACHING CONDITIONS

  • ADMISSION CONDITIONS

    Following the switch to 2-year master's courses, we recommend applying for M1, even for holders of a master's degree or equivalent. Candidates may exceptionally be admitted directly to M2 if their course of study provides a sufficient amount of reliability, safety and practical experience.
