Access to courses

You must take note of the following instructions to be able to follow your lessons in good conditions.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Access to your courses will only be effective once the administrative registration has been completely finalised (this implies that you have provided all the documents, as well as any requests for exemption and that you have paid the corresponding fees). Any failure to comply with the above conditions will result in a reminder letter from our services, leading to a longer delay in the processing of your registration and a delayed access to your courses.

You will find on your DIGITAL WORK ENVIRONMENT (DWE ) two essential tools to follow your courses at a distance:

  • YOUR AMU MAILBOX which gives you access to your Aix-Marseille University e-mail address
  • AMETICE, the educational platform where you will find your online courses.
  1. Connect to your ENT (Espace Numérique de Travail) with your login and password.

If you have already been registered at AMU: you will not receive an email with your identifiers. You must use the identifiers for the digital work environment (ENT) that were sent to you when you registered at AMU.
  2. Access the AMeTICE platform for your online courses by clicking on the "AMeTICE" icon as shown in the example below:

3. Access to the main page where you can access your courses (see illustration below):

There are 2 ways to choose your course! Click on the"My courses" menu or on the"Dashboard" menu

The DIGITAL WORK ENVIRONMENT (ENT) is a portal accessible from any computer connected to the Internet, allowing users simplified access to the main services of the university through a single address. In addition to your email and AMETICE, you will find :

  • the personalized exam calendar which will be used as a convocation
  • access to your results (grades)
  • internship offers and agreements on the dedicated IPRO platform

To activate your ENT

  • Case 1: newcomer to Aix-Marseille University (AMU)

If you are a new student at Aix-Marseille University (AMU) and if you have done your administrative registration online (IA online), you have received your identifiers by email after your registration. This email was sent to the personal email address you provided online. Check that this email has not been put in your spam folder.

You must activate your SESAME account to do this: Take your identifiers and connect to the site http://sesame.univ-amu.fr. This application centralizes all your connection options to the different tools that the university provides you with. It allows you to personalize your profile, change your password or reset it. This is valid for new students but also for old students who did not activate their account last year.

Please note that when you log in for the first time, you must validate the IT charter before entering your login and password.

  • Case 2: student already registered at Aix-Marseille University (AMU)

If you have already registered at AMU: you will not receive an e-mail with your identifiers. You must use the identifiers for the Digital Working Environment (ENT) that were sent to you when you registered at AMU.

How to access the Digital Working Environment (ENT)?

After activating your account, log on to the ENT

PLATFORM ASSISTANCE: If you are still unable to connect to the ENT, send an e-mail.
