Administrative registration (EADS)

Administrative registration is your entry point to the university after admission by the Pedagogical Commission.

It is compulsory, whether you are a future AMU student (baccalaureate holder, new arrival from another university, etc.) or already at AMU (re-registration). It enables you to become a student of the university by paying tuition fees. It enables you to obtain your certificate of enrolment and your student card, giving you access to all the activities offered by the University. It also enables you to obtain your digital identifier to connect to the digital working environment (ENT) and access over 30 services, including: access to your grades, your timetable, your exam calendar, the online internship platform, the online course platform.

Registrations will open at the beginning of July.

Summer shutdown: July 19 to August 20, 2025

Step 1 - Pay the Student Life and Campus Contribution (CVEC)

In order to proceed with your administrative registration, you must first and foremost obtain your certificate of payment of the student and campus life contribution (CVEC) from the CROUS, by payment (105 €) or exemption.

The CVEC applies to

  • Distance-learning students (living in France or abroad)
  • Students in the initial training system with normal status,
  • Students in the initial training program who have been granted a scholarship based on social criteria (they will be exempt, but must be registered in the CVEC database to obtain their CVEC certificate),
  • Non-funded returning students for whom no contract has been drawn up.

Not concerned:

  • Continuing education trainees (students financed and/or supported by continuing education),
  • Free auditors
  • Inmates

Step 2 - On-line administrative registration

Bachelor's degree 1

  • Graduates: via the service for first-time entrants(parcoursup)
  • Repeaters : viaENT after authentication - schooling tab / administrative re-registration
    NB: if you are repeating the 1st year, you must then request a derogation for repeating the year.

License 2

  • Applications accepted via E-candidat: through the service for first-time entrants
  • AMU students progressing throughENT after authentication - tab scolarité / réinscription administrative
  • Repeaters :
    • for a 1st repeat: viaENT after authentication - tab scolarité / réinscription administrative
    • for more than a 1st repetition, you must request a derogation for repetition in order to finalize your online registration.

License 3

  • Application accepted via E-candidat : by the service for first-time entrants
  • AMU students progressing throughENT after authentication - schooling tab / administrative re-registration
  • Repeaters: only in the same course as last year - viaENT after authentication - tab: schooling / administrative re-registration
    NB: if you are repeating a year for the 1st time, you must request a derogation for repeating a year in order to finalize your registration online.

Master 1

  • Application accepted via MonMaster.gouv.fr : via the service for new entrants.
  • AMU students progressing throughENT after authentication - tab scolarité / réinscription administrative

Master 2

  • Application accepted via E-candidat : through the service for new entrants.
  • AMU students progressing throughENT after authentication - tab scolarité / réinscription administrative

After a 1st repeat, you must request a waiver for an additional registration in order to finalize your online registration. To do this, you need to create a tele-request (heading Administrative registration (IA) / Request for derogation for additional registration / Distance learning (EADS)) and complete the web form (available in the tele-request).
