L'UFR Sciences d'amU n'accepte pas pas les dossiers de candidature hors plateforme adaptées à votre situation et hors délais. Si le dispositif d'admission dont vous dépendez propose une phase complémentaire, vous pourrez déposer déposer une candidature sur cette période.

Sur eCandidat vous avez droit de faire jusqu'à cinq (5) vœux au maximum. Il est fortement conseillé de faire à minima deux (2) vœux à minima.

Pour les candidatures en licence, certains parcours sont proposés sur plusieurs sites. Il n'est pas nécessaire de candidater sur tous les sites d’un même parcours. Cela n’augmente pas les chances d’être retenu et à un effet sur votre quota de cinq (5) vœux

Ce problème vient d’une mauvaise déconnexion.

Vous devez vous déconnecter de votre dossier via le bouton déconnexion (fermer le navigateur ne suffit pas) et ce, sur tous les appareils où vous êtes susceptible d’avoir ouvert une session. Environ 24h après, vous pourrez vous reconnecter et le problème sera résolu.

Two payment methods are accepted for paying national registration fees:

• Check payable to the AMU Accounting Officer
• Credit card (online or at the Registrar’s Office)

No cash payments are accepted!

In France, undergraduate and continuing education are the two main types of programs for pursuing a university education. The courses are exactly the same whether you are enrolled in an undergraduate or continuing education program.

Undergraduate programs are designed for:

• high school graduates
• current higher education students
• students on apprenticeship contracts

Continuing education is intended for people who are already working or have professional experience. More specifically:

• job seekers
• students returning to school
• students on professional training contracts

En tant qu'élève de classe préparatoire aux grandes écoles (CPGE) de 1ère ou 2ème année en double inscription à l'UFR Sciences d'amU, vous bénéficiez de dispositifs spécifiques de réorientation. Ces dispositifs diffèrent en fonction de la période de l'année. Vous pourrez donc vous réorienter :

• au cours du 1er semetre
• à la fin du 1er semestre
• à la fin de l'année

Bien qu'étant en double inscription, il est indispensable que vous respectiez les modalités de réorientation et les délais.

Que vous soyez en reprise d'études ou non, les dispositifs de candidatures sont les mêmes.

La césure est un dispositif facultatif, qui vous permet de suspendre votre formation pendant une année universitaire au maximum.

L'objectif est de vous permettre d'enrichir votre parcours en effectuant une demande de césure à votre établissement. La césure vous permet acquérir d'autres compétences, vivre une autre expérience, tout en restant étudiant

Oui vous pouvez le signaler dans votre dossier Parcoursup mais vous devez surtout déposer un dossier auprès de l'UFR Sciences selon les modalités indiquées sur la page dédiée à la césure d'amU.

Oui en césure vous devez payer les droits d'inscription nationaux (DIN) mais au taux réduit.

Lors de votre césure vous pouvez effectuer différents types d'activités comme:

• Le Service Civique, une mission pour chacun au service de tous
• Le volontariat au sein du Corps européen de solidarité
• Le volontariat international en administration ou en entreprise (VIA / VIE)
• Le volontariat de solidarité internationale (VSI) ou autre type de volontariat solidaire et associatif
• Un engagement bénévole dans une asso' par exemple
• Un projet sous statut étudiant-entrepreneur
• Un emploi (contrat de travail)
• Un engagement de Sapeur-Pompier Volontaire
• Une formation dans un domaine autre que celui de votre cursus initial
• Un stage

Oui, car vous devez être inscrit au sein de votre établissement pendant la période de césure - justement afin de pouvoir bénéficier du statut étudiant et de la plupart des avantages liés à ce statut.

Vous pouvez tout à fait suivre des enseignements dispensés au sein de l'UFR Sciences sans pour autant être inscrit sur un diplôme. Néanmoins il faut être préalable autoriser à le faire en demandant a être auditeur libre.

Faire une demande d'auditeur libre vous permettra de suivre des enseignements sans être inscrit comme étudiant. Les auditeurs libres sont considérés comme usagers de l’Université et bénéficient de la possibilité de suivre au maximum 4 UE par semestre (ou période) à choisir parmi les unités d’enseignement (UE) d'une année de Licence ou de Master seulement.

Attention ce statut a un coût équivalant au taux réduit des droits d'inscription de niveau licence (env. 118€)

En tant que auditeur libre vous avez accès à :

• Une carte magnétique pour accéder à la bibliothèque
• L’espace numérique de travail (ENT) mais limité aux documents téléchargeables hors services d’encadrement pédagogiques à distance.

Ainsi un auditeur libre ne peut pas passer les examens ni bénéficier des avantages accordés aux autres étudiants (bourses, logement, sécurité sociale) et ce même s’il a acquitté les droits de scolarité et qu’il dispose d’une carte d’étudiant.

La qualité d’auditeur libre permet à toute personne intéressée de s’inscrire pour suivre quelques cours à l’Université, sans condition préalable de scolarité ou d’examen. Cependant ce statut permet uniquement d'assister aux cours magistraux (CM) mais l'accès à un cours pourra vous être refuser si celui-ci est complet. Attention dans tous le cas vous ne pourrez pas d’assister aux travaux dirigés (TD) ou aux travaux pratiques (TP).

Un auditeur libre ne peut pas non plus passer les examens ni bénéficier des avantages accordés aux autres étudiants (bourses, logement, sécurité sociale) et ce même s’il a acquitté les droits de scolarité et qu’il dispose d’une carte d’étudiant.
