E-candidate system

You must apply via the E-Candidat application and submit all the necessary documents online at the same time. No documents may be sent to the pedagogical committee by post. Please note: incomplete applications will not be examined. Don't forget to click on "Send my application" after submitting your documents!

You are entitled to a maximum of 5 wishes; we recommend that you make a minimum of 2 wishes. For bachelor's degree applications, some courses are offered at several sites. It is not necessary to apply to all the sites of the same course: this does not increase your chances of being accepted, but it does consume your capital of 5 wishes. For any technical problems, please consult the help available on the"assistance" page of the eCandidat application.

If you are a Continuing Education student(see eligibility conditions), you must contact the Continuing Education Department of the UFR Sciences before applying via eCandidat.

The Pedagogical Commission meets according to the calendar on this page (calendar for 2025 to come). You will be informed of your admission or rejection by e-mail only.

If you are admitted, you must confirm your application or withdraw on E-candidat. You must confirm or withdraw your application immediately after receiving the decision. If you fail to do so, you will be automatically deemed to have resigned and will lose the benefit of your application.

If you confirm your application, you will then receive an e-mail containing a link enabling you to finalize your administrative registration, which is compulsory to be authorized to attend courses and take exams.

You must complete your administrative registration via the Internet (online payment).
